{"id":1232,"date":"2016-10-11T08:05:17","date_gmt":"2016-10-11T06:05:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/engie-polska.pl\/?p=1232"},"modified":"2016-10-28T08:34:43","modified_gmt":"2016-10-28T06:34:43","slug":"projekt-ppp-opalenicy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/engie-polska.pl\/en\/2016\/10\/11\/projekt-ppp-opalenicy\/","title":{"rendered":"Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in Opalenica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On September 30, 2016 ENGIE Services signed a PPP &#8211; Public-Private Partnership contract with the Municipality of Opalenica.<\/p>\n<p>The project involves \u00a0deep modernization of the energy and revitalization of 8 objects.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first agreement of this type of PPP in the Wielkopolska province, and the third in the matter of value\u00a0\u200b\u200bin Poland.<\/p>\n<p>The signing of the agreement ended 11 month \u00a0of the proceedings in the formula of competitive dialogue. The agreement was signed for\u00a0execution within 12 months of deep modernization of the energy that ensures that \u00a0the city achieves more than 40% savings in energy consumption in public buildings. The duration of the agreement in the course in\u00a0which \u00a0savings are guaranteed is 14 years. In addition, a thorough revitalization will be introduced in \u00a0all \u00a0buildings, and the Cultural Centre will be enriched by new space. \u00a0ENGIE Services &#8211; Entity from the Global Corporation ENGIE\u00a0will be the Partner to the City of Opalenica. Thanks to extensive international experience works\u00a0in Opalenica will be conducted\u00a0using the latest solutions available on international markets.
