Requirements:
- higher education – inż. electrician, automatic or related,

Specialist of Heating networks in the Technical Department
Main responsibilities:
Conducting all matters related to the preparation and implementation of investment, renovation, maintenance and operation tasks, as well as related to the maintenance of heating infrastructure building objects, including:
- Participation in the development of technical documentation (giving opinions, providing technical and assembly information).
- Preparation of comprehensive documentation for the award of the contract for the task.
- Participation in the work of tender committees.
- Preparation of implementation documents (including contracts with the contractor, applications to UM for the issue of the construction log, PINB applications),
- Investor supervision, coordination, acceptance and settlement of works.
- Monitoring of investment implementation conditions resulting from connection agreements.
Requirements:
- higher technical education (energy, environmental engineering, heating),
- construction qualifications in the installation specialization in the field of networks, installations and heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage systems to supervise and manage construction works related to the building structure
- computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- knowledge of costing will be an advantage,
- ability to work in a team on joint projects,
- ability to plan and organize work,
- commitment, diligence,
- independence and initiative in action,
- Driving license. B,
- knowledge of English is welcome.
